DC street basemap: OpenFreeMap · OpenMapTiles · © OpenStreetMap contributors. Metrobus and Metrorail use WMATA GTFS. MARC is a separate regional rail layer from official Maryland MTA GTFS, with public train positions refreshed every 30 seconds while the MARC layer is on. MTA Maryland adds Baltimore Light Rail, Metro Subway, and Local Bus schedule geometry from the official Maryland MTA GTFS feeds (no live positions). Amtrak adds a national schedule and station layer from the Amtrak GTFS feed; it is schedule geometry only, with no live train positions, and its commercial reuse terms have not been confirmed. MARC can be toggled independently and fits its corridor when enabled; its station labels only appear when zoomed in. WMATA rail is drawn beneath bus routes; WMATA station names appear when zoomed in. The optional Jobs layer shows verified employer worksites in purple and city-level job-feed locations in amber; amber markers are approximate city centers, not job addresses. Live Metrobus positions are a separate optional feed. Headquarters (300 7th St SW) and the Shepherd Parkway bus storage/maintenance facility (2 DC Village Ln SW) are separate map points; buses are not dispatched or controlled by this app. Source: Sources: WMATA Developer Portal · MTA Developer Resources, Amtrak schedule feed.
